Product Overview:
The high-performance butterfly valve features a tri-eccentric metallic seal or double-eccentric elastic seal Its precision-machined disc and seat ensure zero-leakage control, making it suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, highly corrosive, and extreme operating conditions. The valve body is available in stainless steel, carbon steel lined, or special alloys, combining low flow resistance, long service life, and intelligent control capabilities. It is widely used in critical pipeline systems across industries such as energy, chemical engineering, and metallurgy.

Key Application Fields:
Installation Requirements
2.Alignment Calibration:
Symmetrically tighten flange bolts to avoid valve body deformation. Ensure proper alignment during installation.
3.Flow Direction Marking:
Align the arrow marking on the valve body with the medium flow direction. Note: This requirement does not apply to bidirectional sealing designs.
4.Actuator Positioning:
Reserve sufficient operational space around the actuator. Avoid exposing pneumatic components to high-temperature areas.
