The Pneumatic ABS Butterfly Valve is manufactured using an injection molding process. The valve body is made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) engineering plastic, paired with EPDM/FKM/PTFE sealing rings and a stainless steel valve stem. It is suitable for low-temperature fluids, corrosive fluids, high-purity fluids, and lightweight piping systems.
Media Types
- Corrosive Media: Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, organic solvents (e.g., acetone, ethanol).
- High-Purity Media: Purified water, water for injection (compliant with USP<645>), sterile gases.
Particulate Media: Wastewater containing suspended solids (particle size ≤3 mm).
