The electric ABS butterfly valve is manufactured using an injection molding process. The valve body is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) engineering plastic, paired with EPDM/FKM/PTFE sealing rings and a stainless steel valve stem. It is suitable for low-temperature environments, corrosive fluids, high-purity fluids, and lightweight piping systems.

Application
- Corrosive Media: Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, organic solvents (e.g., acetone, ethanol).
- High-Purity Media: Purified water, water for injection (compliant with USP<645>), sterile gas.
- Particulate Media: Wastewater containing suspended solids (particle size ≤3mm).
Application Fields:
- Biopharmaceutical: CIP/SIP (Clean-in-Place/Sterilize-in-Place) cleaning pipelines, fermentation tank material transfer.
- Food & Beverage: Dairy filling lines, beverage mixing systems.
Water Treatment: Acid/alkali wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis pre-treatment units.
Pre-treatment:
Clean the flange surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove mold release agent residue (residue level ≤0.1 µg/cm²).
Welding Prohibition Zone:
No electric welding operations are allowed within a 1m radius of the valve body to prevent thermal deformation of the ABS material.
