Globe valve is a forced-seal valve that utilizes a metal bellows to achieve dual sealing of the valve stem. It is specifically designed for precise control of high-temperature, high-pressure, highly corrosive, and high-purity media. Its core design employs multi-layer stainless steel bellows welding technology, completely eliminating the risk of packing seal leakage. Suitable for harsh operating conditions in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and pharmaceuticals, it complies with international standards including GB, DIN, and ASME.

Application

Applicable Media:​

  • Corrosive Media: Sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, organic solvents, etc. (pH 0–14).
  • High-Purity/Toxic Media: Pharmaceutical raw materials, hydrogen, oxygen, etc. (meets FDA/GMP standards).
  • High-Temperature, High-Pressure Media​​: Steam (≤595°C), thermal oil (≤350°C), compressed air (≤200°C).
    ​Application Fields:​
  • Chemical/Petrochemical: Acid/alkali media transportation, reaction vessel control systems.
  • Pharmaceutical/Food: Aseptic piping, high-purity fluid systems.

Flow Direction Control​

  • The valve body arrow must align with the medium flow direction (except for bidirectional seal models) to prevent seal face erosion.

Welding Protection​

  • Remove the valve disc during installation to protect the seal face from high-temperature damage caused by welding (applicable to socket weld models).

Torque Limitation​

  • Prohibited the use of force bars during manual operation. Maximum torque: ≤120 N·m (for DN50 specifications).

Flange Alignment​

  • Tighten bolts symmetrically and evenly to ensure proper flange alignment.
