Application Scope
Media Types:

Installation Requirements
Pipeline Preparation
- Clean the pipeline to remove impurities. Avoid weld slag damaging the ball surface (surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μm).
Alignment Installation
- Diagonally tighten flange bolts with torque ≤200 N·m (DN50) to prevent valve body deformation.
Flow Direction Marking
- Bidirectional sealing design allows installation in any direction. If the valve body has an arrow, align it with the medium flow direction.
Operating Space
- Ensure the handle rotation radius is ≥1.5 times the nominal diameter (DN) to avoid interference with adjacent equipment.
