The pneumatic hard-sealed butterfly valve features a tri-eccentric structure with a composite metal disc composed of soft and hard layered materials. It combines the advantages of metal-to-metal sealing and elastic sealing, providing dual sealing functionality. The valve supports bidirectional sealing, allowing installation in any orientation without restrictions from medium flow direction or spatial constraints. Ideal for industrial pipelines in metallurgy, power generation, petroleum, and chemical industries, it is used for flow regulation and shut-off services in media temperatures up to ≤425℃.

Installation Requirements​

1.Pipeline Cleaning​​:

  • Remove welding slag, debris, and contaminants before installation to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces.

2.Alignment Calibration​​:

  • Symmetrically tighten flange bolts to avoid valve body distortion.
  1. Flow Direction Marking​​:
  • Ensure the valve body arrow aligns with the medium flow direction (applicable only to unidirectional models; bidirectional seals do not require this step).

4.Actuator Positioning​​:

Provide adequate operational clearance around the actuator and avoid exposing it to high-temperature zones to prevent performance issues in pneumatic components.
