The Pneumatic UPVC Butterfly Valve is a centerline-type butterfly valve driven by a pneumatic actuator, designed specifically for corrosive media. Its core components (e.g., disc, sealing rings) can be lined with fluoroplastics (e.g., FKM, EPDM, NBR), combining UPVC’s corrosion resistance with fluoroplastics’ high-temperature tolerance. Suitable for automation control in strong acids, strong alkalis, high-purity fluids, and certain high-temperature applications, it is widely used in chemical, water treatment, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Media Types
- Corrosive Media: Strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents.
- High-Purity Liquids: Compliant with FDA/GMP standards (e.g., pharmaceutical, food-grade media).
