 Installation Requirements​

  1. Pipeline Cleaning​​:
    Remove welding slag, impurities, and debris from pipelines before installation to prevent damage to sealing surfaces.

2.Alignment Calibration:
Symmetrically tighten flange bolts to avoid valve body deformation. Ensure proper alignment during installation.

3.Flow Direction Marking:
Align the arrow marking on the valve body with the medium flow direction. Note: This requirement does not apply to bidirectional sealing designs.

4.Actuator Positioning:
Reserve sufficient operational space around the actuator. Avoid exposing pneumatic components to high-temperature areas.
